 Education-makes men perfect and its importance. Education refers to the discipline that is concerned with methods of teaching and learning in schools or school like environments, as opposed to various nonformal and informal means of socialization.The literal meaning of Education is to learn and to have knowledge. Education for a child begins from the home,teaching child some basic personality traits,performing certain extra curricular activities,teaching them how to be independent. Education plays an important role in the upbringing and lifestyle of a person. 


It mainly has three modes formal,informal and non-formal. Formal mode is the planned education,in which it demands highly qualified experts. It is chronological and systematic. It mainly includes the premises of school and classroom learning. Formal education is subject oriented and time bound. Informal education is to gain knowledge through books,educational websites,extra curricular activities. It’s main example is parents teaching a child.Learning through community and culture. It is not pre-planned and does not have a proper timetable. Non-formal education type can be either a part time or full time education, it helps in adult literacy education and skill development. 


The preschool level of education is for students of 3 to 6 years. During this period, they learn basic concepts of reading, meeting and making friends.In higher education a course is a unit of teaching that typically lasts one academic term, is led by one or more instructors which are more professionals. At secondary level of education, people have the option of finding work with their high school diploma or seek further studies. Parents can either create their own curriculum, use materials produced by companies specializing in home-schools materials, or make use of virtual school programs and help their children learn thing at home(Home Schooling).


Importance of education;

Education shows us the importance of hard work and, at the same time, helps us grow and develop. Thus, we are able to shape a better society to live in by knowing and respecting rights, laws, and regulations. Moreover It effects people in various ways, Those who get an education have higher incomes, have more opportunities in their lives, and tend to be healthier. Societies benefit as well. Societies with high rates of education completion have lower crime, better overall health, and civic involvement. Lack of access to education is considered the root of poverty. Education helps people to learn how to do things and encourage them to work. Trade and commerce of the country will also be flourished easily if the citizens are well educated. It helps them improve their social life,because education gives you confidence. Educated people are more concerned and with clear mind so they tend to work hard to achieve goals they have set in their lives.


 The importance of female education in society has always been a social concern. Women are equally rightful to seek education as men. There must be right to freedom and speech if all women will be educated. Only after imparting knowledge to women in society,a nation will progress together. The term education can be applied to primitive cultures only in the sense of enculturation, which is the process of cultural transmission. A primitive person, whose culture is the totality of his universe, has a relatively fixed sense of cultural continuity and timelessness. The model of life is relatively static and absolute, and it is transmitted from one generation to another with little deviation. As for prehistoric education, it can only be inferred from educational practices in surviving primitive cultures.


        Due to lack of education numerous social problems like poor living standards, poor health conditions arises. Lack of education ultimately causes the living standards because people lack the basic tools needed to change their life for the better. They could not realise the opportunities available to them which will also affect their health. Without a good education a better society can’t be formed. Many illiterate people suffer the hardship of discrimination,lack of perspective pushed them into a life of crime. 


         Education helps In removing poverty as if a person is educated,he can get a good job and fulfil all the basic needs and requirements of his family. Education develops a good political ideology. It enables individual to express their views effectively. Educated person can fight for ones right. Education is a powerful weapon in the fight against crime and poverty. When a society systemically invests in education they can contribute to countries development. It is the passage to progress.It is also a key driver for reducing poverty, fostering economic growth, achieving gender equality, and social development.Education can cut poverty in half.Closing the education gender gap reduces child marriage. Education reduces violence.Education lets children reach their fullest potential. Protects children from trafficking. Education helps the environment. Reducing child labor. Education is improving world health. Education is giving disabled children a chance.Education plays a very important and crucial role in all aspects of the life and no one should be deprived of it.


Impacts of education;

The impacts of getting education are always positive. It develops good personality traits and good human and eventually good society. A River In Flood

A River In Flood I spent two weeks of my summer vacation with my friend in his village. It was a very beautiful village situated near the river chenab. There were two protective natural embankments fifteen feet high all around the village. They were very strong and had always saved the village from the floods.
