21 century and technology


The word technology is derived from the Greek words techne and logy. Technology means the use of knowledge to create something to change a life. Technology simplified human life. Technology is the result of accumulated knowledge and the application of skills, methods, and processes used in industrial production and scientific research. Technology has changed our lives for the better and easier. A steam turbine with the case opened such turbines produces most of the electricity used today. 

It helps to solve massive problems with the help of technology we can go to the moon. Technology is embedded in the operation of all machines, without detailed knowledge of their function, for the intended purpose of an organization. Technology is found all around us, from needles to airlines, everything is a result of technology. The technologies on society consist of what is known as systems.

While technology advances have helped economies develop and the creat rise of a leisure class, many technological processes produce unwanted by-products, known as pollution, and the depletion of natural resources from the earth's environment. Information technology has connected all people in the world. Systems operate by obtaining input, altering this input through what is known as a process, and then producing an outcome that achieves the intended purpose of the system. 

Importance of technology:

Technology has reduced the time for traveling thus making this world smaller. Many big and small things we use in our day-to-day life are the result of technological development. Technology has become a very important part of our lives nowadays. In the past few years, technology has evolved in many ways and without a doubt is even better than before. People are always developing something new that will improve human lives.

Where ever we go we see the use of technology. Schools are running with the new tag of smart classes and these smart classes are the best example of technology. Due to this, the life of human beings has become very easy.  There are been many technological developments which have made our work much easier, like computers, mobiles and many more.

All things we use like television, washing machine, and bicycles are also technology. They have been countless examples where technology has changed our lives. The technology has been used in the field of robotics in such a fine way that now robots are being used by people in industrial uses. People can communicate with each other through voice, calls, and video calls. Technology is making education, improving our time. Technology students and parents have a variety of learning tools at their fingertips. 

Technology has used these ideas to develop new tools. People these become so accustomed to the use of these technological innovations that they simply cannot do without them.Technology is no doubt the greatest blessing to humans. Technology is like a coin that has both positive and negative sides. If we use it in a good or positive way it will affect our lives positively and have positive impacts on the present and future generations. Wherever you look, there is technology. Even the device you are using to read this article uses technology.

A River In Flood

A River In Flood I spent two weeks of my summer vacation with my friend in his village. It was a very beautiful village situated near the river chenab. There were two protective natural embankments fifteen feet high all around the village. They were very strong and had always saved the village from the floods. It was the month of August the rainy season had started. The river was in low flood. There was a grove of trees near the river. Everyday we went there to spend the evening. One afternoon, we noticed that the water in the river rising. In an hour, it had overflowed the banks. We run back to the village and told the help people that the river was in flood.
